Vivacta is a young IVD company based on broad and strong IP. With opportunities to use the technology widely across immunoassay as well as molecular diagnostics markets, the company believes that speed of exploitation is important. To facilitate this, it is interested in discussing licensing arrangements with major diagnostic companies that can take the technology to market.

As the technology is highly differentiated, and well protected, Vivacta is open to approaches from licensees wishing to develop new applications or to manufacture and market products, under the appropriate agreements. Vivacta will provide full technical support to its licensees, which can include new application development to pivotal clinical trial stage and beyond.
